Returns & Exchanges
Sometimes, it’s just not the right fit and that’s okay. Our team at Alina Pole want to ensure that you love the items from our store.
If you’re not happy with your product, we offer refunds & exchanges. Refunds only allowed for full-priced or faulty items. Exchange or store credit provided to sale purchases. In order to complete a return or exchange, please help us by ensuring:
- The swing tag is still attached and intact
- The item is undamaged, unworn and unwashed
- Item is returned in its original packaging
- Returns are made within 14 days of receiving the item
- Item was purchased at full price or faulty for a full refund
- If faulty, we will require picture evidence
- The invoice is returned as proof of purchase
It is up to the customer to ensure the item is returned to our office as per the above conditions. To complete a return, please fill out the form below and provide a detailed message for your return reason. We will get back to you via email in 24-48hrs.
Note:
- Refunds will be processed within 1-5 business days via the original payment method and original account holder
- We do not refund the original shipping costs or shipping on the returns back to our office for full priced items or exchanges. Faulty items are exempt from this criteria
- Faulty items are classified as items:
- With fault, unless caused by you
- Have been wrongly described; or
- Are different from the product ordered
- Promotional items and free gifts are not refundable.
